What do you eat for breakfast?

I don't want to diet. I'm so over dieting. But I want to make some lifestyle changes.

I've identified breakfast as my tricky meal of the day. If I don't eat well, the rest of the day often goes to pot.

So can I ask what you all eat for breakfast and does it keep you full until lunch??

Porridge and banana
Protein shake
Toast and peanut butter
Scrambled eggs
Omelette and beans

I can’t eat anything but whole meal toast, butter and a piece of fruit in the morning. An egg too if there’s time. Porridge feels too puddingy for me. And a cup of builders, the standing spoon kind. Smile

Scrambled or boiled eggs.
Sometimes some smoked salmon or ham, tomatos and rocket.

Or Greek yoghurt with cinnamon and cacao nibs.

Or just a glass of acv with water and a cup of tea.

A protein brownie. I am terrible for missing meals and replacing them with protein bars though. Keep trying to get porridge oats st up for the morning but without fail i always grab one of those instead Blush.
