Wtf is this programme? It's so awkward and ridiculous even my baby looks confused. I googled the presenters and they seem to be children's tv royalty yet they are so cringey together! There's no real AIBU except AIBU to physically cringe each time it comes on?!

I feel like they secretly hate each other's guts and yet are stuck together for the rest of their careers as neither will give in and leave

Dd has long grown out of it (now 10) but some of the songs pop into my head and get stuck there

I started off not liking our understanding the appeal of show me show me. But now it is a firm favourite or both DC and me. I love that they are encouraging make believe play with everyday items.

Love this show- even series linked it to record it lol. Loved their bike race today.

Aaaah this takes me back. DSs don't watch CBeebies any more. I'd rather watch Show Me Show Me than that Peppa Pig or Mr Tumble.

Oh my, that robot voice is truly awful I agree!

I hate Pui. She brings out the anger in me. We went to see them at the theatre and she was even worse. Just looks like a stroppy cow to me.
I don't mind Chris.

I tend to retreat to the kitchen when it's on and look at mumsnet do some housework.

They just seem really awkward and unnatural half the time, like someone has put them on the spot in some kind of team building exercise and told them to invent a children's tv segment that meets x y and z objectives.

Although have you seen the episode where it sounds like Chris is singing the word cunt

I can’t believe this is still going, it was a real favourite of DDs when she was tiny, I remember her grabbing her favourite cuddly so she could join in with the ‘grooby moobs’ (her interpretation).

Not to make all of you still stuck In CBeebies land jealous or anything, but once the oven has warmed up and I’ve put the dinner in DD and I are going to settle down and watch an episode of Buffy together .
