That is probably my top pick, if only for the lovely bit where the OP's son locked the gate, not realising that the CF neighbours' kids were playing in the garden, so they couldn't get out. And then the threat of reporting OP to the planning department, which was where she worked!
My 2nd fave is the CF dog grooming neighbours who invited customers to park in other people's drives. That included the CF neighbour being told by the council that he could no longer run the business from a residential area, and he was last seen doing a war dance of rage on the pavement.
The CF, builders, Spanish Gran, illegal patio doors thread is an absolute classic, but it's no longer my favourite because of the subsequent collapse of the wall and poor Watty having to move out.
