I had a similar thought yesterday when they added more Russian individuals to the magnitsky act and then earlier today when the us government debuted a global list of those who are sanctioned. It’s bizarrely divergent from the rest of the administration’s actions

I’m not sure - the only thing that comes to mind is nafta but I didn’t think that’d be reason enough (not that I have a firm or comprehensive grip on the situation)
