Vote was to declare America's recognition of Jerusalem as capital of Israel as null and void.
Russia China and the Saudis all voted yes as well as South Korea, Great Britain and Europe (although Croatia and Latvia abstained).

As mentioned for me the big surprise was Canada abstaining.
