to be shocked by these dresses on the red carpet?

Am I getting old or are these dresses completely outrageous? I am staggered that women would wear this style of dress. Men don’t dress with their scrotums on show!

I'm certain they like the wind beneath their wings.

All the money in the world couldn't buy class could it?

SleepFreeZone · 01/12/2017 14:37

Thank god these are Italian actresses. I honestly thought they were British z listers and I was groaning about how we were going to be judged.

NewtsSuitcase · 01/12/2017 14:38

Actually having looked at some of the other pictures they were definitely deliberately naked. They are models though (not actresses) being deliberately provocative

StatelessPrincess · 01/12/2017 14:39

Morphene I think Julia Roberts did hairy armpits on a red carpet years ago.
I want to know how these dresses stick on...what happens if they need the loo?! Kelly Brook and her sparkly Julian Macdonald knicker dress look tame now.

Morphene · 01/12/2017 14:40

Iris good grief! That's brilliant. Good on her! I stand corrected :)

Mivery · 01/12/2017 15:06

I mean, good on them for feeling so confident, but jeezaloo those don't leave much to the imagination do they?

neveradullmoment99 · 01/12/2017 15:21

Dreadful.

areyouanappliance · 01/12/2017 15:30

That orange dress would be incredible without the splits. What an amazing colour Shock

MrsKoala · 01/12/2017 15:44

I was watching old top of the pops the other day and i was marvelling at how modestly everyone was dressing and dancing. Even 90s/00s. It seemed so innocent. I remarked to DH that if each generation gets more risqué things are going to get so people are just naked gobbling each other off on MTV in the not too distant future.

I wonder what my 1 year old will have to rebel against and how she will shock me. Probably join Activate and wear pie crust collars!

PositivelyPERF · 01/12/2017 15:45

If a man walked around with one ball hanging out people would call him a weirdo and probably the police, why is one flap any different?

You'd better hope none of the pushy TIMs decide to dress like that. 😄

LaurieFairyCake · 01/12/2017 15:48

In my favourite In Betweeners episode Simon does exactly that Grin

PositivelyPERF · 01/12/2017 16:03

OMG Laurie I had tried very hard to wipe that from my memory! 😱 The boys insisted I went into front room to so they could replay what they were roaring at. There is not enough brain bleach.

LaughingLlama · 01/12/2017 16:18

Grin Hilarious!!

They look shite! Tge women are beautiful. Hair and make up lovely but the dresses just look shite! Why when you are that beautiful would you want to wear a dress that barely covers your labia?

Are they trying to be ironic or make a statement?

Sorry I just dont get it. The tan lines are bad enoygh but no-ones pubic area actually looks nice. Who wants to see this?

Its rather depressing that such beautiful women feel the need to wear this shit actually.

pollywollydoodle · 01/12/2017 16:18

Flaps out for the paps ....now put em away loves..

elQuintoConyo · 01/12/2017 16:33

I wore the orange one to a work do a couple of years ago. When i accidentally farted it came out as a whistle. Blush

NoFuckingRoomOnMyBroom · 01/12/2017 16:36

Wouldn't be so bad if they were nice dresses... Confused

BeautyQueenFromMars · 01/12/2017 16:46

I'm with LaurieFairyCake on this one.

Her legs are fine. Her dress is awful and no ones genitalia really warrant public display. We are programmed to have sex in private for a reason.

MrsJayy · 01/12/2017 17:07

Nobody has the legs or fanny for that look

LipstickHandbagCoffee · 01/12/2017 17:10

Giggling at fanny. Puerile but funny too

StealthPolarBear · 01/12/2017 17:17

"Today 14:21 ladystarkers

👀 omg they have their fannies out"
Oh the irony :o

pollywollydoodle · 01/12/2017 17:40

😂

SilverySurfer · 01/12/2017 18:32

How times change. Back in the late 1950s I remember my DM and GM having the vapours because they had seen one of my cousins going to the local dance hall She was wearing quite normal clothes for the time but had worn a black chiffon scarf to keep her newly coiffed hairstyle intact. They both considered the scarf to be outrageously common and I believe words were had with my aunt to that effect. I would love to hear what they thought about these dresses Grin

upaladderagain · 01/12/2017 22:46

Their families must be so proud
