To not wash in the morning?

I start very early - usually before 7 - and often don't get back till about half nine so I shower then. Then in the morning I just put my uniform on and go. AIBU?

I'm a night bather, and I shower before sex and immediately after. Well, my lower half anyways . As I said above, I've had a nasty bout with recurrent UTIs a few years back and got into the habit of peeing and then showering directly after any sexual activity,

If you have an active sex life with your partner then you really need to shower in the evening before bed and in the morning after sex and sleep

You really don't have to shower before sex. (Unless you haven't showered for days and days) I can't believe that most people would. Sex can be spontaneous. It's not a medical procedure.
I would agree it's probably best to shower the morning after sex.

Well haven't read the full thread, but apparently anti perspiration should be applied at night, so to me that equals night shower, roll on, bed wake up and go to work.

However I have terrible night sweats, I am literally a radiator.

So would feel especially grim if I at least didn't wash my back sweat off in the morning..

00100001 OMG you are right I will ensure I shower in boiling zoflora with a final rinse of bleach going forward!!! I'm so disgusted I believe I should be doing it every half hour as well and use wire wool to scrub with.

Make sure you bleach the wire wool before using. And then throw it away after.

I'm a night showerer. couldn't stand getting into bed all dirty. Brr.

Just catching up on this thread, do people's fanjos really smell after not washing them for one day??? Christ! I must have a self cleaning fanjo as mine doesn't smell after 2 or even 3 days of not washing! 😂

I refuse to believe that a moist area re:vagina and someone who defecates and wipes with toilet paper think that they can go on for days without it smelling.

I don't wash on the morning either! I use that sure maximum protection antiperspirant at night and smell fab (I hope) all day!

You can refuse all you want Soft but unless you don't wipe yourself properly or you are literally wearing leather trousers or plastic pants 24/7 there is no reason why your vagina should be emitting huge wiffs! Obviously during your period and if you have excessive discharge then I'd agree.

Everybody's fanjo has a smell (you only have to use the toilet after another woman to smell it)..It's just a matter of how much, and offensive v inoffensive...wether you can smell it yourself is debatable, but the person using the loo after you can!

Most people don't clean before sex? What about when it comes time for oral? I understand the vagina self cleans (to a certain extent) but after shitting and sweating all through the day?

I don't like my sex to be too sanitary. A day's worth of sweat certainly doesn't put me off.

I can't believe people are alarmed at the idea of not showering in the morning. Granted I don't know how much these people sweat. I'm a night showerer. Getting into bed clean is the best.

No a toilet does not smell of someones fanny. How ridiculous. It smells of wee and poo and farts. That is what you are smelling.

I shower whatever time of the day I go to the gym. Morning or evening (mostly the latter) but once in a 24 hr period. Except if it's no shower Sunday, obvs.

I always shower in the morning before leaving the house. Even if I showered the night before, I wouldn't feel clean the next day.

Pointless washing all the time. Far easier to let all the dirt and grime and animal droppings and grease that naturally build up on the skin accumulate to the point where you can just peel it off.

I'll not change my washing habits as they suit me fine. No ones complained so far and I'm pretty sure I smell perfectly fine, I reuse towels after one use too and I don't change my bed sheets daily! I must be a real stinker....

Careful BusterGonad - you'll be accused (obliquely and in a very passive aggressive style naturally) of being gross, mingling, and ... horror of horrors not fresh if you don't shower twice a day at least.

All crevices must be washed thoroughly using Dettol and a wire brush. On the hour.
