It looks more like she had the temerity to not move out of his way.

Her leg automatically went up after she was knocked off balance, she didn't try to trip him up. It happened at the beginning of May and the police have only now decided to ask for witnesses.

He pushed someone in front of a bus. He should be up on attempted murder charges if he is caught.

I saw the video and she kicks her right leg out at him before he pushed her

It looks like he deliberately ran into her and shoved her out of the way.

I can see why people are saying she tried to trip him but on that link posted by Lemon it shows it really slowly and it looks like to me, she was just picking up her foot to make another step

No, her leg goes out after he's pushed her. before that her feet are nowhere that could conceivably cause him to trip. Very bizarre, especially the way he came back again 15 mins later as though quite unaware he'd done anything wrong.

It doesn't look like she tried to trip him - he passed a man then passed her and shoved her - it was very quick, I don't think there was any time for her to try to trip him.

Hopefully the CCTV pics are good enough that he will be caught soon.

It looks like her leg only juts out AFTER he pushes her. Not sure if it was intentional or if they just collided and his momentum sent her flying...
