They must come and actually speak to you when they see the note surely!

Scarpetta1982 · 29/07/2017 20:39

I am in the south and have a rambunctious 4 year old that would love to p**s off CFN join the bouncy castle party!

Reallyshouldputthephonedownnow · 29/07/2017 20:39

I'm near exeter, I've got a bouncy castle which has a slide and some feral children with 5 more weeks school holiday to kill and they can bounce from dawn to dusk then the mums get a turn

LouHotel · 29/07/2017 20:39

@madampromfrey Thank You!

I think a bouncy castle would be too welcoming to CFN - they might think they could join in.

Could you rent out your garden to a local nudist/naturist club?

LakieLady · 29/07/2017 20:39

I'm in the south but am committed to attending MIL's birthday lunch tomorrow, dammit.

I'd happily take a few days leave and come and camp in your garden, to apprehend any trespassing builders, next week though. As long as I can bring the dog for protection. She HATES builders.

AlpacasPackOwls · 29/07/2017 20:40

Just registering my presence. Have to read some of the other thread. Back soon.

viques · 29/07/2017 20:41

To Whom It May Concern.

Item 1

This garden is the PRIVATE property of Flat x and is for the exclusive use of the residents of Flat x.

No residents of any of the other flats, or their employees have the right to access, enter or use this garden in any way unless permission has previously been requested and granted ,since NO permission has been granted entering , damaging and fly tipping this garden will be regarded as trespass.

Item 2

The damage already made to the structure of the building has been reported to the planning authorities as the building is Grade XXX listed and structural alteration of any sort is NOT permitted .The planning authorities have viewed and noted the current level of damage during a site visit and have expressly stated that NO further work on the building is to be carried out until detailed conditions for full restoration to its original state have been agreed and approved by the appropriate planning enforcement teams.

All alterations and damage already made to the structure will have to be restored to their original state, using appropriate materials and methods. This work will be the financial responsibility of the owners of Flat CFN.

(a suggestion for the notice to stick on the doors, who am I kidding, it's a bookmark!)

DangerousMouse · 29/07/2017 20:41

ooh I'm in the south - and the county you mentioned previously, love a bouncy castle party and can provide small people!

LazySusan11 · 29/07/2017 20:41

Lou yes! Nudist bouncy castle bouncers!

Scarpetta1982 · 29/07/2017 20:41

Ooooh- I also have access to a GIANT tent snicker snicker

123andawaygowe · 29/07/2017 20:42

Oh here you all are Smile

Leinlondon · 29/07/2017 20:42

Thank fuck for that - thought I'd lost this for a minute there. I'm well up for a bounce tomorrow - have requisite 5 year old, will travel. Am South East but family in South West so could combine with a visit... am a lawyer too in case that and a bottle of wine will get my name on the door.

Also find it curious how quickly the replacement doors have made an appearance - CFB must be very good at sourcing materials but completely delusional if they think the planning dept will drop the matter if the doors look ok.

user14809873 · 29/07/2017 20:43

Lakie....camping! I'm in!!

ijustwannadance · 29/07/2017 20:44

Not sure if anyone has asked already, but when were your modern looking patio doors put in? I assume previous owner/landlord managed to get consent for them?

It's just that from the pic you posted that you said were similar to yours they didn't look particularly in keeping with a listed building.

Loks like they think if they can match yours they can get away with it. They don't seem to het the concept that they have no right to access the garden.

Runninglikeamummy · 29/07/2017 20:44

Phew! Panic over!

BlooBagoo · 29/07/2017 20:44

Only just found this. I'm on the app so couldn't see the last one was full and was refreshing over and over wondering why it had gone so quiet. 😂😂😂

Floods123 · 29/07/2017 20:44

Found thread 6. Phew!

ijustwannadance · 29/07/2017 20:44

*looks like

LakieLady · 29/07/2017 20:45

The second set of doors is puzzling.

Do they have another window overlooking your garden Watty? I hope they're not contemplating installing another set of patio doors.

Mummyoflittledragon · 29/07/2017 20:46

I can just hear grandad pig trying to manage the playground Rules. "Too many mumsnetters on the bouncy castle". Not placemarking or anything innit.

GodIsDead · 29/07/2017 20:46

🚗 placemarking on CFN watch!

RuncibleSp00n · 29/07/2017 20:46

I will be travelling down south tomorrow for the next two weeks, with two bouncy under-six's, a load of wine, and an absolute LOVE of bouncy castles, protest demos, standing-up to injustice good stand-up rows and organising events.

Where ARE you in the South OP?? I'm praying you're in Cornwall. Hopelessly over-invested in this, and think I love you and your garden.

Chocolatekeepsmesane · 29/07/2017 20:46

I have a 5 year old and I'm in the south can we come tomorrow? I can bring cake.

BoneyBackJefferson · 29/07/2017 20:46

Are the doors for the garden on the other side?
