I'm feeling a but guilty for suggesting OP gives NSK her number to update her about any activity. Turns out Ken/Raj isnt very good as a look out man and somehow a new set of patio doors have been delivered but he didn't see anything. I'll keep my good ideas to myself in future. Sorry OP.

I have my whole family waiting for an outcome! They mainly want to know wtf they thought they were going to do in your garden mixed with a fairly big horror that they've ruined a lovely building.

WRT to the new.doors, perhaps the CFNs think if they install nice wooden doors I stead of cheap shitty white upvc one the planning department will overlook their transgressions?

I few have asked this but when we're your doors put in op ? Do you have any sort of documents pertaining to them ?
Just wondering if CFN will try to use you having doors as an excuse for getting some too especially if these new ones look a bit like yours.

OP this has probably already been suggested but did you take more photo's of the evidence that they had been back out into your garden today?

I think you said there were cigarette butts in the garden today that hadn't been there before.

I think you might need to keep any proof of them / someone else working for them being in your garden without permission every single time it happens to add to your case.

You shouldn't have to, but the more evidence you have the better if push comes to shove.

Phew just caught up. I'm away for the weekend so have to keep going and doing sociable things with old friends. CFNs are going from CFstregth to CFstrengeth, aren't they?
