Friend from last night Ken/ Raj's new interest is drumming up fellow normal people who may or may not happen to have really loud 5yos who would want to bounce on a bouncy castle which may or may not be in my garden till Tuesday when it gets picked up

Am a southerly owner of preschoolers who enjoy bouncing if I can be of assistance (suspect I may not be southerly enough but worth mentioning)

They've obviously had the builder back today OP, and have no intention of stopping what they've started. Cheeky feckers. I think I'd go for several industrial strength cable ties around the door handles. At least that way they can't access your garden to carry on.

Just a thought, If you know which Estate Agents dealt with the sale of the CFN flat, they would be able to tell you, or the Planning Lady the name of the people that bought it and probably their previous address and/or the name and address of the Solicitors who dealt with their purchase. It might come in useful if they are going to ignore notices left at the property, especially if it's company that bought it.

If you go on Zoopla, on the bit where you look up sold prices, you can often look at the estate agents property details from when it was sold.

It would be interesting to see if they have any mention of listed building or conservation area status, and to check that they made no mention of a garden.

So are they in next door now? Afraid may have lost something in the threads....
