Okay I thought I'd start this for when they inevitably show their faces!!

I have a slight update - I managed to catch the nice neighbour at the other side (I think he'd heard the commotion and was loitering about waiting for me )

He was gobsmacked! Apparently he's lived here for thirty years and has never heard anything like it. I told him I'd keep him updated and he asked if i wanted to come in for a cup of tea, I politely declined hahahah. Glad I now have a nice normal neighbour on my side!

Do you think it would be worth reporting the CFNs as missing persons to the police? They need to be brought home as it is 12.30 and I haven't done ANYTHING yet!

The CFN already had a window there. OP can't simply block their existing window.

I assume builders can't get back into the garden unless through the CFN flat? I'm really concerned they may try to remove the evidence.
I doubt they have told CFN. I'm imagining them turning up after their holiday just looking aghast at their desist letter and pile of rubble where they were expecting a lovely new door to a garden

Yup I reckon they've buggered off for a weekend break and let the builders get on with it....

Gonna be a shock to them if the builders haven't managed to get in touch. Their own bloody stupid fault though.

@wattyyy, you say they've recently bought the flat and that you can still find the listing.....

Well wouldn't the estate agent have a way of contacting them??? Maybe speak to them say there's an issue with their "build" and could they inform them???
