The only way round it, and I speak from experience, is take water and whatever painkillers befor bed. Keep extra beside the bed for when you wake up with " boozers false dawn" in the early hours.

Then when it's for real time to get up, have a shower, wash your hair, put some damn good make up on and have a hair or two of the dog. Delay the hangover till Monday.

Fucktonne of carbs. Pasta is best. Banana. As much water as you can stomach. Try for a full glass every half hour. Absolutely no caffeine until morning. Accept that you will not get a full night's sleep because you will be back and forth from the toilet all night. Big greasy breakfast in the morning.
