Let's try to keep this one as sensible and measured as the past 5 threads have been.

Fingers crossed that this can all be resolved today and that Charlie and his parents can find peace.

Armstrong: proposed treatment for Charlie seems to have no greater side effects than diarrhoea.

Does any one know, if the judge does rule in favour of Charlie's Parents, are GOSH likely to appeal (and will they have grounds to?).

So the lovely people in CA have now turned on the person representing Charlie - you know, the baby this awful case is actually about.

Youcan and stitch There was no mob. It was ONE young boy. There was no intimidation, no one was questioned by Paxman. In some versions, the house was burned down and the person in question had to flee the town.

One boy put "paedo" on the door and it became something far, far greater.

I don't think I have ever seen a group of more stupid people as CA. That poor little boy.

Armstrong's now saying the proposed drugs' only side effect is diarrhoea, unlike cancer therapy which can harm as well as cure

Err ... since Charlie hasn't got cancer, what the hell has this got to do with anything??

It's media reporting like this that really pisses me off. The ridiculous quote teemed with a months-old pic of Charlie looking like any ordinary baby.

The Gards have apparently stormed out of court.

Why is further written evidence being presented to the judge today? I thought that that all had to be submitted yesterday with video evidence being accepted today? I can't imagine how the judge can read and digest the info there and then, though maybe that's just part of a judge's skill set.
