To ask what your weight, height and dress size are?

I've seen loads of threads on here lately with people questioning how people can be a certain dress size at a certain weight.

I'm really interested to se how much it can vary from person to person and if people who are the same weight and height could be completely different dress sizes as I suppose muscle mass is a factor too.

Anyway, I'm rambling.

I'll start it off:

Height: 5ft 4.5
Weight: 8 stone 12 lbs
Dress Size: 10

5' 8.5"
10 3
Size 10 (tops, dresses) Size 12 (trousers)

6ft
14st 8lbs (ish)
Size 16 although can sometimes fit into a 14 but sometimes need an 18 to fit round my bum

5ft 10
13.8
Size 18

I''m a bit of a yo-yo er. So, at various weights:

5ft 4.5

10st 10: 10/12
11st 7: 12
13st: 14
14st 7: 16/18

From what others have posted it seems I carry my weight well, as it were. I'm what you would call 'solid' until I start creeping towards 13st.

Size 10 bottom,12/14 top. Broad shoulders from exercise.

I carry all of my weight in my giant boobs and arse though, shopping is a nightmare! I only shop new look as "regular' high street. Mango or Riess are the best for fit!

Vicsteur81 and madhairday I am 5' 3" and 8st 5lb. I am a size 6/8 on the top and a 10/12 on the bottom! Measurement is roughly 31, 29, 39. Do I win?

bananafish81 it is gaps sizes they are crazy I am a 26" in every other shop in the world but wear a 24" with room in gap. I have a 26" waist as well.

I also wear a 00 in there (uk size 2!!) I am a 6 in every other shop in world some times an 8.

Does annoy me how much sizes vary shop to shop.

15st 10 and a Size 18

Was 18st 13 and a size 22 three months ago.

It takes me ages to go down a dress size. I've only just gone into an 18 so will have to lose another 1 1/2 st approx to get into a size 16.

strange how not many are posting on here who are heavier, size 16 is the national average

@littlelondoner yup Gap fits very "loose". I'm currently wearing a size 0... (UK 4) everywhere else I oscillate between 6-8 .

Around 10 12 (although currently 10 7)
Size 14 with the odd 12 - waist and rib cage small, boobs are fairly generous, hips, lower abdomen and thighs the size of a pubescent hippo.

Most if not all of the posters are slim. I just don't care anymore I am fat and not likely to get thinner so meh

Rainbow I might just over the uk average weight but given that I am only 4'11 I'm def considered well above the average weight for my height/build (unfortunately).
