I am totally and shamelessly begging people not to vote for Theresa May.
Amongst a host of other reasons (education, policing, housing, pay etc), she has confirmed she fully backs the selling off of the NHS.
Follow link above for the full Naylor Review.

I live in a safe labour seat but I will vote anyway, unfortunately my DH is voting blue despite my best efforts

MissBax · 07/06/2017 14:47

waitforit - I repeat, I did not mention Labour or JC once.

Who wants to be persuaded by a stranger on an internet forum as to who to vote for? Confused

angelcakerocks · 07/06/2017 14:48

OP are you saying you represent/are working for a political party then? Confused I appreciate political parties have to campaign. I don't expect randoms on MN to try to tell me how to vote. HTH

Bax the military went through the same changes and there were tangible improvements in real estate management.

Funny that you can speak for everyone working in the NHS Hmm bit of a stretch there.

I will never vote labour. I went to war twice under a labour government. The world is now more unstable, lives wasted in futile conflicts that solved nothing.

I'm undecided as to who I will vote for tomorrow bit it certainly won't be labour.

WalkingOnLeg0 · 07/06/2017 14:51

YABU , bless you though.

LoisWilkersonsLastNerve · 07/06/2017 14:51

Yabu. I'm certainly no Tory but we live in a democracy. People will vote the way they want to op. Interesting links though.

MissBax · 07/06/2017 14:51

angel - "I don't expect randoms on MN to try to tell me how to vote"
Erm, don't click on a post that's titled such as this one then?

notanewuser · 07/06/2017 14:51

Sorry - but have you read the Naylor report - and do you know who Naylor was?

If you had - you wouldn't have made the comments you have.

Antigonads · 07/06/2017 14:52

Oh hang on a minute - I was undecided who to vote for your but your lovely plea has helped me to make up my mind.

Rockaby · 07/06/2017 14:53

Navy

It depends what you mean by persuasion though. Sometimes I'll discuss politics with someone and they'll point something out which will make me think about how I want to vote.

It's fine to discuss, not to bully or coerce (obviously). The op sounds like they just want to discuss, if I'm reading it right.

youngestisapsycho · 07/06/2017 14:53

I cant wait for tomorrow to be over.... i'm sick of being called, stupid, a cunt, a selfish cow etc.... but then we'll just have loads of threads started with people moaning about who won and it will all just go on and on ......

aintnothinbutagstring · 07/06/2017 14:53

I'm voting for Jezza, but laughing watching the turkeys voting for Xmas, I certainly won't be drowning my sorrows, I think it's hilarious. Stupid is as stupid does, this country will get the government it deserves.

MissBax · 07/06/2017 14:53

"Nobody has the right to persuade anyone on how to vote." - 😂😂😂 sorry, that's just hilarious.

"I will never vote labour. I went to war twice under a labour government. The world is now more unstable, lives wasted in futile conflicts that solved nothing. I'm undecided as to who I will vote for tomorrow bit it certainly won't be labour." - for the third time now, I DID NOT MENTION LABOUR.

OP posts:
angelcakerocks · 07/06/2017 14:53

OP are you telling me what threads I can post on too now Grin

MissBax · 07/06/2017 14:55

angel - are you a bit dim? Grin

OP posts:
sonlypuppyfat · 07/06/2017 14:55

I've voted labour for everyone of the 32 years I've been voting but I'm not voting for that twat

fessmess · 07/06/2017 14:55

I feel your passion OP. I love JC's passion, composure and the fact he wants everyone to have a fair chance in life. He would make a GREAT pm. Voting Tory, IMO, means you're either rich or stupid.

Ceto · 07/06/2017 14:55

So, WhatToDoAboutThis, are you really happy with the Naylor report being implemented? Why?

BadTasteFlump · 07/06/2017 14:57

YABU.

Good luck OP Grin

Bambamrubblesmum · 07/06/2017 14:58

So who are you advocating for then? If one person has a plan then you have to offer an alternative. You can't just advocate a vacuum.

You've declared against the tories, who are you suggesting has the answers?

PigletWasPoohsFriend · 07/06/2017 14:58

I won't vote Labour whilst JC is in charge.

HTH

londonrach · 07/06/2017 14:58

Yabu and id say that if you were asking me to not vote tory, green or for the unicorn party. Everyone has one vote And its their choice. Personally i cant understand why anyone could vote for jc, da (yes i know shes ill) etc but then id also struggle with may etc. Jc etc would destroy the uk. Thinking of the unicorn party at the moment. 🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄.
