My BIL is from Manchester. He lived on the same estate as the Gallagher brothers. He reckons they're both tossers.

He's still bitter about the time they nicked his football he rambles on about every time Oasis is mentioned. When me and DSis went to An Oasis concert he joked he'd have to leave her.

Ma Gallagher looks a hard nut. I bet she 'd love to knock their heads together. Probs the reason they dont see each other.

DH definitely has a soft spot. I just find them quite interesting. Noel is that funny looking kid you went to school with who channelled his obvious intelligence into music when he should have been breaking out and going to uni and becoming a legal aid solicitor or something.

And Liam is that amazingly beautiful knob head you kept your distance from, because after a few too many shandies, hell yeah, you probably would.

Just to address the "where was Morrissey?" questions - he's got/recently had cancer, fgs. He's probably doing what people with cancer do, you know, recovering and all that...

Liam did used to have lovely eyes, and photographed well. He didn't have the same tiny little pin-head look as Noel. But I don't think I'd want to gaze at photos of either of them now

Noel, on the other hand, has definitely improved with age and seems very happy with life.
