Every single song is such a tune

Other bands will be considered for a top three. Backstreet boys and Blue maybe.

Totally outing myself here but I have a friend who met her husband on her commute to work.

On the northern line.

Yes, she found love on the northern line.

We insisted the song was played at the wedding to the bemusement of her new husband.

Oh, and at their engagement party a few of us did an a cappella version of it as the DJ didn't have it.

Off to name change now...

TheSecret I met an ex-boyfriend on the northern line too! We both went for the same copy of the metro and got chatting.

My friends also thought it was hilarious and sang it for MONTHS

oh gosh, this thread made me pull out the cheesy cds it's been great listenining to most of the groups mentioned. I even pulled out the earlier mentioned boyzone scrapbook for a laugh, look at this thing. I'd drawn borders and printed off headers and captions, printed out all the cd lyrics at one point, i even stuck in platic sleeves to store posters and their individual interviews hahaha fuck sake it was probably the most organised ive ever been in my life Grin

Cultural appropriation was clearly not an issue in the late nineties.

Remember what's her name out of Steps with the bleach blonde dreads?
