She also made a fool of herself on Good Morning Britain, by refusing to answer a straight and simple question.

Foodtime what exactly is there to like about her, and I say that as a Labour voter.
It was shocking. Made the equivalent Natalie Bennett LBC interview look outstanding.

That's what all politicians do. Theresa may was absolutely awful on peston on sunday. Diane is not the best but nowhere near the worst either. She has a lot of passion and wants to help people which is rare.

So why pick on her?

Foodtime- because she is Black British and a female to boot. I really think her life is made doubly hard.
I don't particularly like her, and I think she's fairly hypocritical, but the vitriol levelled at her seems shocking, and yes, mostly prejudiced.

I would just like to know at out of all the god awful politicians in the U.K. Why she gets the hardiest time? Do you truly think she deserves the hate she gets. Truly?

It should be career ending, particularly on the back of her recent appalling hypocrisy and evasiveness.

If she were male and skybluepink people would still dislike her.
I think it's a cheap shot and a weak excuse to hang everything on she's female and black

Sorry but Diane Abbot has ZERO passion and is not remotely interested in helping anyone but herself.

If you were on the Titanic with her she'd have been the Billy Zane character, yanking the vulnerable off the lifeboats to get on himself. Mark my words.

I'll ask again. Why do you hate the women so much? Why is she worse then other politicians doing the same thing?
I am not a huge fan of hers, she isn't the best speaker at all and agree she is not helping Labour. But i respect the amount she truly cares about people. She wants the world to be a fairer place. In no way should she be leading the party but we need people like her there.

Ginliness- all politicians are like that; you need to be a sociopath to go into politics, because you have to make hard decisions, and someone somewhere is always going to suffer and always going to oppose you.
Don't ever be fooled by 'nice' politicians, they aren't.

There's so much more wrong with the interview this morning than a politician dodging the question.

She got her numbers wrong - repeatedly, tried to pass the buck on to the Nick Ferrari, and left long awkward silences when asked to clarify her points. It was toe curlingly awful.

I actually think Dianne Abbott is cut a lot of slack in the media because she is black and female. She is an absolute hypocrite with an appallingly superior supercilious manner. And she doesn't come across as particularly bright either.

she gets a hard time because she uses that to be racist. see the appalling comments she came out when being a great big hypocrite about sending her son to a selective school.

which apparently is only necessary for black boys, to save them from gangs. which apparently only a west indian mother would do, because only west indian mums go to the wall for their kids. Asian and white mums don't GAF.

she's ghastly. thick, entitled and incompetent.
