Am 38. Mr Right has evaded me.

I know - I could, possibly, do it alone but I still feel I'd miss out hugely. Feeling sad and like I've been a bit cheated stupid I know

I know it's a self pitying post!

Summer one of my friends is a miserable bitter woman in her 40s because she hates motherhood and wishes she had never had her DC. She would give anything for ger freedom back.

It works both ways.

Lottie "I might look into egg freezing then - I always thought it didn't really work?"

My understanding is ur did not used to work as the eggs are so small they formed ice crystals inside and broke. So people froze embryos as they were bigger. This can lead to issues of one partner no longer wishes to use the embryos to grow a baby. Now, I think, technology has moved on and it is better. But no guarantees.

Yanbu

However my friend met a man when she was 39

She fell head over heels and was pregnant before she was 40

She thought it would never happen as well

And now she has two lovely boys

Freeniki: wow really! Did she have dcs late in life? Or too early? Did she not accomplish what she wanted in life before having them or did she have them late and does not have the energy it takes.
Her poor dcs! My dcs are my world, I'm so content and couldn't imagine anything other.
