To get toddler DD's hair cut into a pixie?

Is it mean? To make her look like a little boy? She hates her hair being done and there are some really lovely pixie cuts that would work. I have a DS (who was once a toddler!) and his haircut would work on her...

Thanks very much notyoda, I think I will try a shorter hairstyle and see if that works.

yoda I don't see how the age of my DD is relevant.

NotYoda · 15/03/2017 06:12

It's relevant because there's a world of difference between a 7 year old, who has an opinion, and a 2 year old who just wants to play and not get hair in her eyes. I think that's been mentioned several times on the thread

My DD hated having her hair done when she was 2. Now she's 3 she lets me do all sorts with it and loves having "princess" hair (she is also princess obsessed so full stereotypes here Wink). I'd ride it out in your position - 2 year olds aren't known for their cooperation after all.
