I'm very sorry you're in a bad way. But your experiences do not negate anyone else's. You deserve support as much as anyone, as does the OP.

bbc You are obviously in a lot of distress. Could you Google some local counselling services? If you are really in a bad way, could you phone 101? Do you have children? It's terrifying to feel you can't cope - but you ARE entitled to help, and must get it. My own issue is alcohol abuse, but I've had to ask for help myself.
