Asking men to sign a consent form before sex - WIBU (slight TMI I suppose)

I have recently have some bad experiences with men during sex in terms of consent. One would keep on doing things I explicitly said I did not like (choking, biting etc), and another would hold me down and have sex with me without a condom, even if I begged him to put a condom on. This has completely thrown me off casual sex. But lately I have wanted to try again. Would I be unreasonable to have them sign a form saying something like:

"I agree to the following statements:

-(Various ways of saying No means No, such as "I don't like that means No", "I am not sure I want you do that means No")

-Penetrative sex will always be with a condom. No "teasing", pulling out or anything of the like.

-No choking or biting unless agreed upon

Signed: _"

WIBU?

Yes of course a woman is exactly like a purse in Barcelona, we even have zips.

Really it only needs to say 'when i say stop, you fucking stop straight away!', and probably 'At no time cover my mouth to prevent me saying stop'

Adding a list of things that shouldn't be done will never be exhaustive.
eg. If you dont put 'no anal' on there, a rapist could think/say 'well that wasnt on your list'.

But i will also repeat what most have already said, you need to be more careful.
But even if you are really careful, there will always still be the risk that you will get attacked.
If you engage any risky behaviour, you can only reduce the risk as much as possible, you can never eliminate it.

The state of society and or human evolution means there are lots of bad people out there.

Oh, Matilda.
How lucky you are to be so unaware of spousal abuse.
It doesn't matter how careful you are, there will always be danger. It's less like a purse, more like a car. No matter how safely you drive, some idiot could come crashing round a corner and knock you off the road because of their own reckless, selfish stupidity.
Is it worth driving anyway? Or enjoying a NSA fuck?
That's a decision the driver, or fucker, can make for themselves.

Ooh! Just seen you called rape crisis. Well done.

This may be a bit left field, but I found it useful in similar situation (not same, although I've also been raped a few times). Dancing. Salsa, tango or another that is organised. You have physical and sensual contact, but are not sleeping with strangers - so meeting the need in part without putting yourself at risk. And I mention these dances because there are clubs all over the place - Europe included - where you can go to dance. You need some lessons first, but once you're proficient (don't need to be excellent) on the dance floor, you're good to go. Also, dancers don't drink much apart from water! Then you have your buddy once a week and yourself for other times. It may be a safer and fun option.

sksinfood Dancing actually sounds.. brilliant. I have never danced before, but I just checked, there are beginners classes at my uni, so as soon as my internet is no longer acting up, I will write them. Thank you.

sksinfood I think you're onto something...you only have to see how many 'solid marriages' break up through Strictly Come Dancing type programmes, to know that dancing in close proximity to someone of the opposite sex is very sexually charged.
