To ask if you sleep naked?

Been having problems sleeping recently and been scouring the net to look for things to help. One thing suggested was to sleep naked. Apparently there are many reasons it's better for your health, not just a better sex life. Although I've not solved the sleep problems yet, I'm definitely a fan now. I feel more comfy in bed, sweat less and don't get that feeling that I'm on the verge of a uti any more.
Any one else never wear anything in bed?

Only naked when it is really hot! Far too chilly at the moment!

Not anymore. I feel odd without pjs on in bed. I can't explain it, I have tried and after an hour of lying there I get up put pjs on and fall asleep - I'm an oddball

I probably need counselling or something but I hate being naked. Hate it. I couldn't walk from the bathroom to my bedroom naked, even in an empty house.

I wear a bra (soft type bra, not underwired) knickers and PJs to bed.

God no, I'm always cold. I'm wearing fluffy socks, underwear, flannel pjs and a t-shirt right now.

What happens if you wake in the night feeling a little frisky? Surely by the time you've both removed you night clothes surely the urge has gone?!

Shorts and a T-shirt for me, all year round.

I have a lovely selection of lacey/silky night dresses so I usually wear one of those, unless I'm ill and then I'll steal DH's pyjamas

I'm in north Durham and we're all naked sleepers in this house, and I have to have a window open or on the latch, even in the depths of winter.

I have never in my life woken in the night feeling frisky. That sounds like something that would disturb my sleep...

Interesting what others say about sexy times if they slept naked. I always enjoy peeling off clothing for foreplay. An already naked body isn't usually erotica to me.

Always naked, always with the windows open and a light duvet but not covering my arms or feet - regardless of how cold it is.

We dint have the heating on and we always have a couple of windows open at night.

I wear pants but thats it. I dont like not having pants on at least, feels odd but I like being naked otherwise. I hardly ever wear much clothes at home anyways as I dont like the feeling of being restricted.

If I am visiting or have someone visiting me I throw a top on and keep pyjama bottoms close to the bed so can just pull them on.

I like sleeping naked EXCEPT that every now and again I wake up in a blind panic that I am inexplicably in bed with a stranger and naked (I am happily married and have actually never woken up with a total stranger). Which maybe says something about me, rather than the practice of sleeping naked in and of itself...
