To ask if you sleep naked?

Been having problems sleeping recently and been scouring the net to look for things to help. One thing suggested was to sleep naked. Apparently there are many reasons it's better for your health, not just a better sex life. Although I've not solved the sleep problems yet, I'm definitely a fan now. I feel more comfy in bed, sweat less and don't get that feeling that I'm on the verge of a uti any more.
Any one else never wear anything in bed?

It's the only way, even at this time of year. As a veteran nocturnal nudist, I can promise you there is nothing better than waking in the morning in cosy, relaxed comfort with soft cotton and a warm quilt against your bare person. Even better if you can share that experience with a like-minded soul (I don't get to do so but that's another story).

Yup, slept naked since 2004 when I my my now DH. It's best way to be, unless I am ill/bad cold, then I find comfort in a nightie.

Kids used to it (they are 5 and 8) and don't bat an eyelid at either of us wandering around starkers. They wear pjs but no one in our house has any issues with nakedness. When they get older and ask us to stop, of course I'll respect their wishes and put on a dressing gown when I get up.

Oh, and naked sleeping also extends to hotels etc, although if staying at someone else's house I would wear something.

No, I don't find it comfortable at all.

warmer in the winter (the air forms a cushion round you and warms up faster - pyjamas or a nightie dissipate the heat or at least concentrate it in certain areas).

Definitely not for me.

Unless it's really, really, really hot. Peak of Summer. 30oC or more.

You might, of course, find that your DCs do what ours did, albeit at a rather younger age, and choose to emulate your excellent example.

When all is said and done, there really is no point in getting dressed again in order to go to bed, be covered up, lights out, nobody else awake. Is there ?

Er, because clothing serves a functional purpose of keeping my body warm. You like to sleep naked. I loathe it. I got changed out of my work clothes earlier, and put on fresh clean knickers, pyjama bottoms, socks and a long sleeved PJ top. Bliss.I've slobbed on the sofa in my comfies for an hour or so and I'm going to get into bed wearing them. I don't sleep naked in the summer let alone the winter because I don't like it.

It's not for aesthetics, or because I'm repressed or ashamed of my body. I just don't enjoy sleeping naked. What's so hard to understand that we, shock, like different things?!

Fair point banana. Just flying the flag for the blue corner😉.
