I had an opticians appointment and had to go and wear the contact lenses for a while so decided to pick up some last minute gifts.
When I got back to the opticians, I released that I didn't have my handbag. My optician said to go and look for it but he was leaving in an hour and I need these lenses for my holiday.
The traffic was so heavy and I had 7 shops to check in an hour plus the traffic.
When I got to customer services, all I wanted to know was whether they had my bag. The qs were miles long and so I went to the front, apologised and asked if they had my bag. Some staff ignored me and other shoppers were swearing at me. I was in tears. My bag had £300.00 in and all my credit cards plus things like my address book.
I finally found my bag at asda (4th shop) and got back with literally minutes to spare.
BUT was IBU to push in for something so important?
Please be gentle with me.
