I have a 15 day old who had an overnight hospital stay last week for poor feeding and weight loss,he has really improved since. However his toddler sister came home with a tummy bug Friday and today newborn ds has not fed since 8.30am. He vomited badly at 9am, again at 11.30 and has rejected all feeds no matter how much we tried. Syringe fed him at 6pm and he projectiled it all back up. He also has a temp of 35.3 and barely woken all day.

I don't know what to do :(

So it's 5 to 5 and I have yet to go to sleep, we have been admitted and I have watched my baby boy have multiple attempts of cannula being out in, blood tests done, a feeding tube in and iv antibiotics. There is something really not right with him we just can't figure what.

Thanks for all your thoughts. The nurses here on the children's ward are bloody amazing, they have minus 3 beds available and none of them have stopped since we got here yet they are all lovely... so reassuring to have such good care!
