111 or a&e?

I have a 15 day old who had an overnight hospital stay last week for poor feeding and weight loss,he has really improved since. However his toddler sister came home with a tummy bug Friday and today newborn ds has not fed since 8.30am. He vomited badly at 9am, again at 11.30 and has rejected all feeds no matter how much we tried. Syringe fed him at 6pm and he projectiled it all back up. He also has a temp of 35.3 and barely woken all day.

I don't know what to do :(

I read the thread but didn't post before, have been hoping your DS was ok, thank you for updating and so glad he's on the mend. CMPI is a pain but good to discover earlier rather than later. Hope the feeding improves and sepsis clears soon.

Ohhhh Beth I can understand my DS was only just let out today after contracting sepsis on Saturday after going in for an infection, he's bouncing around and wants to go to school tomorrow!
