Dh has had the snip 6 years ago. I am 10 days late.

Ok I am never late.

I know I'm not pregnant.

When dh had his snip about 9 years ago they actually take a bit of the tube out so it can't rejoin he even asked to see the bit they took out to be double sure lol

BitOutOfPractice · 29/07/2016 16:11

I am smirking a bit that a perfectly normal and helpful answer to the OP suddenly seems like a massive derail

Sorry chaplain

I've just realised that U2 hasn't updated us. Hope that's because the witch has visited and she's on the sofa with a wheat pack and a Curly Wurly.

And then there is the whole debate about whether Jesus is the Messiah or if he's just a very naughty boy!

Rrross1ges · 29/07/2016 16:49

and was made a Saint later by Jesus as a thank-you to his mum for putting up with him

All I got for mothers day was a card with a turtle on it!

I bet that Jesus put his underpants in the wash basket and never complained when his fish fingers were a bit burnt.

Not the OP, U2. She was also waiting for her AF.

Jesus H. Christ, H for Herbert Eddie Izzard reference

TiredOfUsingTechnology · 29/07/2016 22:35

This should surely be moved to Classics 😂

ThumbWitchesAbroad · 30/07/2016 00:51

It should but the trouble is it's not immediately obvious why! It's quite straightforward on the first pages! Grin

I do have to agree with BOOP though - it was really incongruous to see a comment just answering the OP in the middle of all the other stuff! Grin

How did I miss this first time around.............Hysterical (though to be a picky fucker shouldn't the religion teacher have said Mr and Mrs Christ of Number 2, The Stables, Nazareth as they were only in Bethlehem for the birth.......)

We had a cool RE teacher who always said that you could learn a lot from what the bible didn't say as much as what it did.

She held the belief that if Jesus had remained an only child it would have been unusual enough to be commented on, same with him not being married. At the time to be an adult male without a wife would have been a huge oddity and the fact that it isn't mentioned is very odd, so the logical explanation is that he was married.

If you actually believe any of this at all. . . .

readyforno2 · 03/08/2016 11:19

I can quite honestly say this is the best thread derailment I have ever read.
Glad everything turned out OK op.
Hope you get the result you want U2

I thought Mary was made a saint because when the Angel Gabriel came to her and told her she would bear the son of God, she said yes; so despite what could have happened to her (stoning to death for adultery/fornication), she put her faith in God and trusted it would all be ok. I think that's right but I am a long lapsed Catholic, so my memory may be off.
