Bogeyface · 25/05/2016 09:48

OnTique · 25/05/2016 09:49

She was in Thoroughly Modern Millie.

Cushionwoman · 25/05/2016 09:49

I think she looks absolutely AMAZING. I am ten years younger than her and she looks younger than me.

FerkTheeesSheet · 25/05/2016 09:54

"I don't get how she spends so much money on surgery etc but still has those bloody teeth! Just seems odd; not even an actual criticism."

Who's teeth jimjam? I've looked at them both and can see nothing untoward with either? Are you in possession of a Simon Cowell set of pearlies that are so damn ridiculous perfect that you can spout this nonsense?

JoffreyBaratheon · 25/05/2016 09:55

I wish folks' first impulse was to judge men on how they look, all the time.

SoupDragon · 25/05/2016 09:56

No she hasn't are you commenting on a person you know nothing about. Why don't read about her first

LOL :o Perhaps take your own advice. A quick look at Wiki is all it takes!

Findmuck · 25/05/2016 09:59

Both women are very attractive and do a good job on BGT but it's a shame so much flesh is on view. I like Darcey Bussell and Emma Willis who look stunning but dress with a bit more class.
It seems we are going backwards in terms of women's sexuality being flaunted. I don't necessarily mean AH & AD but the music videos which are a bit OTT. It makes me sad as it is detrimental to young women growing up in this celebrity, over sexualised culture.

BitOutOfPractice · 25/05/2016 10:01

Legend clearly you loathe this woman (no idea why you should feel so strongly) but perhaps you should check your facts before you slate her. She was indeed Princess Fiona in Shrek and was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award for playing the tile role on stage in Thoroughly Modern Millie.

That's apart from her TV work.

So yes, she's an actress

EponasWildDaughter · 25/05/2016 10:04

soup i agree.

All the posters here who ''wish they had her figure and would walk round in clothes like that or even less all the time if they did'' - why? Why do you wish you could walk round half naked all the time? Confused Would it be to look sexually attractive all the time?

Men don't show as much flesh as they can get away with on main stream TV all the time. You don't see them in outfits which look as if you might get a glimps of bollock if they bent over too far, or whatever, do they?

BoccadiLupa · 25/05/2016 10:08

My DP works in the media world and has to see AH all the time. Sadly he says that she is really lovely which is deeply disappointing.

BastardGoDarkly · 25/05/2016 10:09

No wonder AH has described mn as a nest of vipers really is it?

BastardGoDarkly · 25/05/2016 10:10

Why would that be disappointing ffs?!

NedStarksHead · 25/05/2016 10:12

Didn't RTFT, but this reeks of jealousy.

I'd wear that to a casual lunch if I had a body like that.
It's not demeaning, or degrading.

She wears what a stylist tells her to, and it's for a reason - she looks amazing.

Get over yourself & stop being a jealous cunt.

SoupDragon · 25/05/2016 10:13

I'd wear that to a casual lunch if I had a body like that

Of course you would.

Hmm

Fucking boak to everyone saying "why would you show so much flesh"

It's a bit of fucking leg!!

NedStarksHead · 25/05/2016 10:15

Why?
Because I would want the world to see my legs, I'd want to show off my hard work.
I'd feel comfortable, and I like looking sexy as fuck.

Problem?

Chippednailvarnishing · 25/05/2016 10:15

Why do you wish you could walk round half naked all the time?

Because I can, because I have the right to wear what I like, without being judged as too old or demeaning myself. Because British society allows women to express themselves through their clothes in whatever way the individual sees fit.

WorraLiberty · 25/05/2016 10:16

My DP works in the media world and has to see AH all the time. Sadly he says that she is really lovely which is deeply disappointing

WTF? Why? Confused

Would it make your day if you could hate her or something?

JoffreyBaratheon · 25/05/2016 10:17

I'd wear it to a McDonalds drive thru if I looked like her. She looked so nice in it I thought "How's she going to top that for the Final?"

Let's spend hours judging men on their clothing and personal appearance then come back and see if it still feels valid to rip apart a woman in the same way.

cupidsgame · 25/05/2016 10:18

I wish folks' first impulse was to judge men on how they look, all the time.
I agree it doesn't seem fair but really how boring that would be. They basically look the same every week. There's nothing to comment on (apart from Simons trousers which have been done), different shirt, trousers perhaps, what's to discuss. I'm sure the women must expect plenty of discussion/criticism on their clothes. It'd be strange if there wasn't. They want to be noticed and talked about don't they? On the whole I think the comments about how they look are good, nothing wrong though in saying when we don't like something.

That's what I was thinking worra Confused

MangoMoon · 25/05/2016 10:23

Legend, why are you pretending to be ignorant of Amanda's acting credentials?

Several posts about 'What is her actual talent', then when told she's an actress you come up with the guff about only being famous for marrying Les Dennis & appearing on Blind Date.
When someone tells you what she's been in you call them liars and lacking in reading ability.

Google is your friend Legend - use it.
