I think they are both beautiful, especially Alesha. They are a product of the stylists though, and although they don't need to dress like that, it's part and parcel of being a celebrity female these days, just the fashion. If it was fashionable for men to wear suits with cut-out panels they would. As for being overtly sexual for children to see- pah! Have you seen what they produce for 3 year olds to wear at River Island?

She was given a really hard time years ago, for working so soon after having a baby. That was shitty, and I softened to her a bit after that.

I don't get the hate on here for AH. What is she supposed to have done that's so wrong? Women seem to be stuck between a rock and a hard place really. I think she looks stunning and enjoy watching what both her and Alesha wear. Isn't fashion supposed to be fun?

The other judges except Simon who is in the entertainment industry has a talent. Alesha is a sing's and David is a comedian. What is Amanda's talent I really want to know.

Amanda Holden has done theatre/musicals hadn't she? I don't know much about her but she looks great in that dress as does Alesha in her outfit. I don't watch BGT but blimey, AH doesn't half take a pasting on mn. I don't understand why.

I hate the fact that women are pretty much expected to flash skin at every available opportunity on TV. I hate the fact that no man was ever put under pressure to do the same.

I also hate the fact that instead of addressing this issue, you decide to slag off AH and not the sexism inherent in the entertainment industry as a whole.

Why do women "choose" to wear virtually nothing? I put "choose" in inverted commas because I don't think it is a completely free choice. Men don't come out in a couple of strips of material and a thong so why do women choose to do it?

This is a genuine question. I know they can wear whatever they want and, whilst I think that dress is completely fucking ridiculous, AH can obviously wear it if she wants. But why does she want to? It can't be comfortable as surely there is always the risk of moving in a certain way that flashes absolutely everything to the world so isn't it restrictive?

No she hasn't are you commenting on a person you know nothing about. Why don't read about her first before giving her money.

I expect I'll get laughed at but I think it is off to wear such revealing clothes when on a programme aiming to be a show for children and adults. I don't want my children thinking that dressing so revealingly is what you have to do to get on or that women are just there to look pretty. Thankfully, my children are more sensible but it's just not necessary. Or particularly nice.

I think she has a gorgeous figure and looked amazing in that dress, for what it was. The problem is the current designer trend for ridiculous skirt splits that make you look like you're about to reveal your fanjo. I really don't get the appeal of them
