to be freaked out? Random drawings posted through my door

First time I have posted on AIBU...

Just got home from a week away to find several photocopied drawings of random images posted through my door in a plastic transparent wallet.

No note. No writing on them. DH away for work and I'm alone freaking out with my 4 month old. Thought they might be advertising but too random and no message.

They look like adult's drawings and they are of the following

Plane
Woman
Truck
Spaceship
Parrot

Any ideas?

I know, I have one weird neighbour but this is pretty strange

Could it be a mistake ? Could someone have posted them through your door by mistake - I have no idea why but I'm curious ......

My friend (who I called) thinks it might be something to do with the college at the end of my road - maybe a student dropped them and someone posted them through the closest door. It's a theory but it's not helping me get any sleep

Could it be one of those Big Fat Quiz style things where you guess the celebrities name by the pictures.

For example - waterproof coat, old pub, wheel = McIntyre.

I wouldn't be freaked out. Just a bit . I'd probably put them in a plastic wallet and leave them out the front with a note saying 'posted through my door in error please take if you are intended recipient'

Oh my I had a fright then. My DDs have been posting things through the neighbours doors today but thankfully it was warnings about wearing sun cream now it is getting warmer and don't crash your car or you will be fined!

It could be that someone has posted them through the wrong door and didn't put in a note as they were expected.

They are coming out really dark because I'm trying not to wake up the baby with the flash!

Yes they just seem like a strange collection to be posting to someone - even if they are intended for someone else. And definitely not done by children and colour copied which is even stranger

They've just been posted through the wrong door, don't be worrying.

I thought at first you meant a different one each day getting posted through.

But posted all together, just a mistake.

Maybe intended for someones niece/nephew/similar young relative, and posted through wrong door? Someones new partner agreed to drop them off, and doesn't know they got the wrong house? Or from one teenager to another, they got right number/wrong street?

Yy to posting them, and we can tell you if they're creepy.
