Who buys this shit?

Seriously it couldn't be more awful if it tried....

Who needs an ornamental wishing well with working winch? Or a hands free clip to hold your towel up after a shower?

AIBU to think this is hideous?

to think what the fuck??

Oh dear me. I really needed a laugh today and this has certainly done the trick although I do realise a lot of the products will be useful for those of a certain age.

Copywr1ter I'm so jealous! How do you come up with the details? Are you given artistic licence? Do you ever get items that are just too big a challenge? So many questions!

Oh I hadn't spotted the online reviews!

One woman bought a friendship blanket for her daughter in law. That's an AIBU thread isn't it?

Have you read the reviews?

The Naturally Close Satin Nightdress linked by the OP a while back has some very satisfied customers:

Tony in Rugely likes his: "This is the fifth Miliarosa nightdress that I have bought in every colour available since 2013. The nightdress is just gorgeous to wear and some days I don't bother getting dressed, just lounging around in the voluminous luxurious satin all day long."

There are no words

It gets a five star review!

I'm imagining ladies of a certain age squatting in the middle of John Lewis (wasn't there a thread about that once?)

"I cannot imagine why you would want to mount your tampons on the wall"
To avoid kicking the box across the room every time you walk in the bathroom? Or am I the only person who does that?

I actually used to have one of those bird clocks (it was a gift, honestly.) and they can go rather delightfully badly wrong when the batteries start to go flat. Hooting blackbirds and chirping woodpeckers kind of thing.

love the laptop tray choices..

"Available in: Audrey Hepburn, Barry Manilow, Billy Fury, Bob Marley, Boxing, Cliff, Daniel O Donnel, Elvis, Freddie Mercury, John Lennon, John Wayne, Kurt Cobain"

Cliff doesnt even warrant his surname.. and wtf Kurt Cobain and Bob Marley are doing with the rest of them I have no idea! Grin

The flower print kaftan is reduced!

I can't imagine why.

Oh I thought you could have whoever you want on your lap tray!

Agreed Kurt Cobain is an odd choice...

Actually OP, it's not all old people.
A lot of us Curly Girls wear sometime at night to protect our curls. Try looking in an ethnic beauty shop and there will be loads of different ways of protecting your curls at night including items similar to in your original photo.

Do you think they'd produce a Gene Simmons lap tray? Or Alice Cooper?

EnglishFern · 03/04/2016 20:03

Crumbs you're actually supposed to wear that kaftan out of the house!

"Every busy day calls for this kind of comfort, and “kind” it definitely is, styled with flowing fulness and elegant colour contrasts at the neck and sleeve. You just feel free of restrictive clothing yet still impeccably dressed."
