Just hide the topic?
Then you won't have to see them.

Chillyegg · 20/03/2016 21:25

Yep yanbu.
I pull a face everytime one pops up on the 'Active' feed.

Bickwood · 20/03/2016 21:25

Still pops up in active!

I didn't know there was a sex topic, but if you don't like the titles then just don't go into that part of the forum. I only click on thread titles I think will interest me, otherwise I scroll on past Grin

DramaAlpaca · 20/03/2016 21:25

Yes, just hide the topic if it bothers you.

Tuiles · 20/03/2016 21:28

What do you want exactly?

DH wants to enter my chocolate factory?
Is this a reasonable request for rumpy-pumpy?
Tickling yay or nay

Ooh-err missus!

It's the sex topic, not gardeners question time!

FattyNinjaOwl · 20/03/2016 21:30

Is this a reasonable request for rumpy-pumpy?

I don't know why but this has given me the giggles. Grin

DramaAlpaca · 20/03/2016 21:30

It shouldn't pop up in Active if you've hidden it.

I've a million topics hidden that I never see, unless I go looking for them.

BertieBotts · 20/03/2016 21:33

If you hide it it won't show up.

People keep saying that MN insisted the Sex topic wouldn't show in Active but they never said that IIRC - they created the topic separately so that people could hide it and so prevent it from showing up in active but they didn't intend it to be hidden all the time.

Perhaps it ought to be opt-in, though.

Sparklingbrook · 20/03/2016 21:33

Yes hide the topic altogether and it won't show up in your active list. Leave the sexperts to it.

Boogers · 20/03/2016 21:35

If you see the title 'Fisting' then it's a bit of a clue what the thread might be about.

I've just had a look, it all seems above board. Just what one might expect on a Sex topic. I can't get with all this unnecessary pearl clutching and hand wringing on MN sometimes.

Boogers · 20/03/2016 21:43

Sparkling very true, though it's a bit like passing a car crash where you know you shouldn't look but just can't help it.

WonderingAspie · 20/03/2016 21:44

It's a SEX topic. YABU. People aren't going to be asking what candle they should light whilst they make love with the lights off. Just don't look at it.

TheoriginalLEM · 20/03/2016 21:46

Sex and all its juiciness isn't grim, its a wonderful expression of two people's love for each other.

Sparklingbrook · 20/03/2016 21:47

Boogers Grin

Bickwood · 20/03/2016 21:47

That was the one usual! Grin
