Toddlers - Dick and Fanny.
Not short for anything, apparently. British family.
Lordy.

They're real. I met them today.

And you thought to ask if that is their given name on their birth certs? Lovely... (and frankly unbelievable)

I can confirm that Everard Dick is real - I saw his ID at Chicagos Aylesbury one night - the door staff thought it was a wind up, unsurprisingly.

Clarathemagnificent · 10/03/2016 11:04

I know sisters called Sara and Yara. The older child chose her sister's name and wanted it to be similar to hers.

Also know sisters called Ella and Leah.

Bambambini · 10/03/2016 11:04

Yermaw Zahoor - not buying it, just too perfect!

used to send emails for work to a guy called Randy Bullock.

BathshebaDarkstone · 10/03/2016 11:05

Oh. For. Fuck's. Sake. Those poor kids.

lulucappuccino · 10/03/2016 11:07

Oh do RTFT Monkey

I went to school with a Gaylord. His sister was a thoroughly ordinary Tracey.

When I was a child our gardener was Mr Trowel, and our doctor was Dr Coffin.

BathshebaDarkstone · 10/03/2016 11:16

I always feel sorry for Freddie Fox, younger brother of Laurence. Isn't he one of Peppa Pig's friends?

MaximilianNero · 10/03/2016 11:17

I don't know anyone with a really unusual name. I do have a subscription to findmypast though, which is good for debunking/proving some of the things that come along on silly name threads.

There are no flipping Chlamydia's over the age of 10 (obviously). There really is a set of twins registered as Baby One and Baby Two though. And a Calamaty Jane, which came up when I put in Chlamydia, as one of the most similar names to Chlamydia!

HawkEyeTheNoo · 10/03/2016 11:19

Thanks Max, I've had professional dealings with one and two Wink

Her name was 'Unique.'

madein1995 · 10/03/2016 12:15

I've met a Tia Maria and a Sapphire-Cocaine. It wasn't spelt like cocaine if I remember right, but definitely pronounced the same way.

RichardHead · 10/03/2016 12:16

UnderCrackers5 · 10/03/2016 12:25
