Wish I would have had this info earlier in life as never knew these people existed
They take away all your self eteem slowly draining you until you are a empty shell ,you can loose everything,money ,family,friends self worth as they are masters of this technique and when 5hey have finished with you they are on to their next victim unless you dump them which they can’t except anyone doing that to them then your in trouble if you don’t go no contact

These peopl are so vile with no regards to your feeling they are cereal destroyers of life energy vampires to suck every bit of life and happiness out of you

He stays in ALL week with three cans of Strongbow to drink per night

Strongbow is around 5%, so approx 2 units of alcohol per can. Just drinking 3 cans a night would mean he's having 3 times the safe limit of alcohol pw, before you even think of how much he's having when he's bingeing at the weekend. That level of drinking is a pretty serious alcohol dependency.

I've supported many alcoholic clients over the years, and very few of them have made it into their 50s. If he really cared about you, he'd address this and knock it on the head.
