There's been lots of angst on the various X factor threads, the early auditions she actually looked thinner than she did tonight, but apparently she lost a lot of weight after a death in the family earlier in the year (some people comfort eat, she's one of those who go the other way when stressed). She looks like she's regained a bit of that, so I'm guessing she's just eating sensibly after a period of struggling with family traumas.

Do you go on threads where some celeb has been through a hellish time and comfort ate to say they are now a bloater and need to diet because they are no longer attractive (in your eyes)?

I'm someone who loses weight rather than comfort eat when stressed/depressed. I've been called "lucky" when I dropped a dress size when my dad had a stroke. I really wasn't trying to look more "attractive".

Perhaps the OP would be good enough to link us to all the threads she has started on overweight celebrities, either male or female, where she has passed judgement on their unhealthy eating and size from her dietician viewpoiint and slating them for being poor role models, etc.

I don't really think about celebs at all but I saw a picture of Cheryl last week going to Ant & Decs party and thought she was looking stunning. She looks in proportion to me!

But slagging off people about their weight isn't behaviour I'd expect from adults. It's the sort of thing I'd expect from bitchy teenagers. The really horrible bully ones.

You have started a thread to slag off the bodyshape of a woman you deem not to be the right size to be attractive and you think other people on here saying "she's fine" are the ones who need to get a life?

I think it's interesting actually, (assuming you really are a dietician) you assumed straight away that notable weight loss on a celeb is deliberate and an attempt to look more attractive (hense you commenting that it's not), but I would put good money on you not automatically assuming someone who's gained weight has chosen to do that.
