To think the Sam smith bond theme is....

Dire?! Ok, I don't like the fellas work as a rule anyway, but it's just not block bustery enough?!! (Yes, it is a slow day here)

I haven't heard it, but I turn the radio off whenever one of his songs is on, they make me feel stabby! Can't stand his whiny voice.

It's shit. Slow whiney shit. But then I loved the white stripes/Alicia Keys one. Modern, funky but still very strong and Bondy.

I really didn't like the 30 secs I heard earlier. Very whiny, almost like he's struggling to reach the notes. He's very overrated IMO.

Thought it was very dull, and he doesn't exactly nail the falsetto, does he? Usual lush Bond theme production but not impressed apart from that

I like 'Like I Can' but not sold on the other songs...

on BBC breakfast news this morning the presenters made a face after hearing the song/seeing a short clip. not sure whether in Shock at the song or not...

It's probably a nice enough song but its not a Bond theme song.

you keep thinking - this is it - its going to kick in, but nothing happpens.
its an ok sad song, melancholy which is what craig is as bond.
