so i was over at my friends house earlier this evening. I don't know how we got onto the topic, but she keeps a list of her 'sexual conquests' in the notes on her iPhone in chronological order
She claims this is normal and everyone has a list
I am confused
Should I have been keeping tabs?

I used to have one. complete with marks out of 10

I used to remember but have been married eight years now. I can remember the ones that mattered! I can't imagine keeping a written list.

I wish I had a list. there's one guy I knew for 6 months and had a night with him- can't remember his surname and wish I did. Annoys me I can't.

Cat food
Evian
Quorn sausages
Richmond sausages
Soft rolls
Blueberry muffins
Nail files
Loo rolls
Furniture polish
Denture tablets

As you can see, it was a wildly healthy day . I think it was a Sunday morning breakfast run, actually. (The denture tabs are for loo cleaning, btw)

My friend used to have a list, exactly the same thing on her phone! This was a couple if years ago though, no idea if she still has it as now in a long term relationship.

I couldn't have a list. It would be too long. Slept with over 150 men.
Met my partner 2 years ago, thought it was well rather intended for it to be another ons, and we're somehow still together.

I think its odd. I mean, either they are memorable, so you don't need the paper, or why would you want a name on a piece of paper.

I may not be the person to ask. I met my DH at 20 and can count on one hand.

Thinking back now , I'm glad I've not kept my own list because I was a bit of a goer in my early 20s

I know people with lists and don't find them weird. If you're sleeping with lots of people, it must be easy to lose some in your mental list.

What I do find weird is telling people you are sleeping with about your list. I was very disconcerted after a night in bed with someone (no proper sex occurred so I never made it onto the list thankfully) when they told me what number I would be if we did have sex

I used to have a list before dh.It was quite high, 40 something.

I lost it and now im not sure i could remember all of them or all the names!

I should have kept my list updated :) I've forgotten at least half of them now, and am not even sure of the total number! It was all such a long, long time ago ...

Abear - It's not "many" if the total's less than your age. Or so I was told.
