maxxytoe · 27/06/2015 21:44

so i was over at my friends house earlier this evening. I don't know how we got onto the topic, but she keeps a list of her 'sexual conquests' in the notes on her iPhone Hmm in chronological order
She claims this is normal and everyone has a list
I am confused
Should I have been keeping tabs? Grin

Philip again...

mrsdavidbowie · 28/06/2015 19:52

bee You are very judgemental and unpleasant.

madamginger · 28/06/2015 20:00

I can't remember my number and I don't care.
In my teens and early 20s I had some amazing sex, some with partners and some ONS, some forgettable and some regrettable but it was all good. (And not an STI in sight).
I'm happily married now and my past is in the past but I'm not ashamed.
I hope my DD has an amazing sex life when she grows up. But not yet as she's only 8

ThisIsClemFandango · 28/06/2015 20:02

I absolutely agree with Ehric
I don't look down on anyone whether they have a long list or just one name on it - as long as you keep yourself safe, you're happy and you're not hurting anyone then it's fine and I don't see WTAF it has to do with anyone else.

Am I the only one though who is pretty sure my mums list is longer than mine! Blush
I used to be very shy and awkward with boys and I met my DP when I was 18, so my number would make a rather boring list! Ha!

Bogeyface · 28/06/2015 20:09

Sitting here reminiscing and remembered my favourite ONS.

A mate at the time and the night before was ok but the following morning we woke up at 9 and had multiple shags and joints by 1pm, it was amazing!

Those were the days!

Gileswithachainsaw · 28/06/2015 20:15

bogey

yy those were the days. There are some I'd go back and do all over again if I had the chance......

sadly a few I'd rather forget too.

Do we count the 0.5s or can we pretend they never happened

FryOneFatManic · 28/06/2015 20:19

ThisIsClemFandango I'm also pretty certain that my mum has had more partners than me (well, I've only had one so far, it wouldn't be hard Grin).

She had been an au pair in the US in the early 60s, and she has more or less admitted she tried weed then.

Wideopenspace · 28/06/2015 20:21
  1. The one who already slept with my mum Shock
ahbollocks · 28/06/2015 20:24

I actually really regret not sleeping with one lad. We were proper star crossed lovers way back as teenagers, and I bawled my eyes out running to the train station to try and stop him leaving (he'd left a message with someone to tell me to get in touch with him if I wanted to run away together, but my phone had broken)

beedeepullen · 28/06/2015 20:28

This is not directed at ANY one else.
this is simply to KEEPTOTHEWHITELINE.
I have been on off with my partner for years. Obviously you have did your research on me ( which i find frightening tbh) even when i was not with my partner, i was with no other. He has not lived with me until recently as i found it hard to live with another man after my first relationship. I also did not have the time to pay enough attention to my relationaship as i was too busy caring for my disabled daughter. So my latest squeeze has moved in to give me a little more help with our youngest. As i will soon be taking my eldest DD for her next surgery. And i could not of made a better decision as i love him more each day. so there you have it you wanted to know so there is my honest answer. And like i say ladies my intentions was not to hurt any one directly. I have apologized and it was only an opinion

Shakespearmint · 28/06/2015 20:30

I must admit I made a list once . It was more to jolt my memory after a male friend asked me . It was interesting inasmuch as it gave me a bit of perspective and context of my life for for the last quarter decade .
It was great to meet new women and have sex with them.
I mean what can I say ?

DustBunnyFarmer · 28/06/2015 20:33

If anyone else has mentioned it between p1 and p11, but it struck me the clap clinic would find her list helpful if she ever tests positive for an STD. Wink

ThisIsClemFandango · 28/06/2015 20:35

Fry I'm glad it's not just me! She's been married more times than I've had boyfriends Grin
My mum too grew up in the sixties and talks with great fondness of the summer of love... She was a bit of a wild thing back then, much more than I've ever been!

Wideopenspace · 28/06/2015 20:36

dust..erm, yeah, STDs have been mentioned once or twice..

DioneTheDiabolist · 28/06/2015 20:40

Bee, I think I was the one who asked you about your new partner. I posted on the thread where you mentioned him moving in. I didn't research you, I just have a memory.

beedeepullen · 28/06/2015 20:52

No dione. I think we may have spoke on a previous thread but it was not your self that called my partner my latest squeeze. It was defo not you though

morethanpotatoprints · 28/06/2015 21:04

I'm not sure I'd remember them all.
let alone their names. The 80's were a very promiscuous time Grin
Then they scared us all with the AIDS ads

JacquesHammer · 28/06/2015 22:25

Numerous partners

Then with ex for 14 years.

Then one new partner - who I only see on nights my daughter is with her father.

No STIs

Always practised safe sex

So I pass the Bee test of morals [hmmm]

Gileswithachainsaw · 28/06/2015 22:26

I'd fail big time Grin

was fun though

Kiwiinkits · 28/06/2015 23:19

I couldn't remember all on my list and I wouldn't want my DH to know my number. He's asked me a few times and I've always dodged the question.
I wasn't promiscuous - just popular ;)

I'm glad I sowed my wild oats. It's made me realise what an amazing spunk of a man DH is.

owlborn · 28/06/2015 23:27

A friend of mine has a poem and adds a new little verse every time she has sex with a new partner. I've read it. It's actually quite a good poem (she's a published writer) and I was rather touched by it. It's not a bawdy limerick or anything. Just a couple of lines on how that person touched her life.

I think I'd be far too scatty to manage something like that.

HRHLadyFarquhar · 29/06/2015 00:13

I think more people should keep lists. With surnames and contact details. Grin

It's bloody hard to trace "this bird called Sam in Lilies. She had blonde hair and she was a right laugh" five months later!

Garlick · 29/06/2015 00:20

Just a couple of lines on how that person touched her life.

This is lovely, but I rather fear most of mine would be "He came, I came. We parted." Slight variations on bathroom/breakfast/travel arrangements, but that hardly counts as touching my life!

Hmm. No lover has touched my breakfast repertoire! I'm missing something!

Bogeyface · 29/06/2015 00:25

Do we count the 0.5s or can we pretend they never happened

0.5's are mentioned in Dispatches but dont count.

Bogeyface · 29/06/2015 00:26

Oh and are 0.5's apostrophised or are 0.5s not apostrophised?
