I pretend to like films with subtitles, but in reality I find them hard to read and would go for bad dubbing/a Cameron Diaz romcom any day.

I've also been known to switch my radio from Smooth FM to Radio 4 or 6 when someone's coming over.

Plumping I'm no longer ashamed of meeting online, but I AM ashamed of the lie we've kept going for 6 yrs! I don't know if I could tell family it was all a lie - they'd think we were a right pair of dickheads! Especially seeing that we concocted another 'argument with the mutual friend' lie to cover up the first lie - then we'll be double dickheads!

The thing is I hate lying, I'm no good at it at all. I can't believe I've actually managed it for this long

I talk about cleaning I've done in my house when I haven't done any, as I hate doing it but know other people would judge if they knew how little I did!

MrsTed we are in different departments, and my job required input from her. Once a month I go to her office to get the information. So I guess everybody in her department thinks I'm called Becky! So far none of them have had the need to come to my office so it's all good...
