To wonder why there has STILL been no donation?

This has probably been done, I know there was a long running thread about this very subject but I can't find it?
So, several months on I see Dax's parents have still not made the promised donation to Ronald McDonald hospice. On March 2nd they updated the Facebook page to say they works be making the donation 'very soon', but still nothing.
Am I the only one thinking they have no intention of donating any money out of the tens of thousands donated to them? That in fact they intend to keep it all and deny the very charity that provided them with so much support in the early weeks of their Childs life?
In fact, I don't think im the only one judging by the comments on the Facebook page.
I think they're hoping it will blow over and if they keep quiet long enough people will forget.

Pfft sovery, we all know they wouldn't keep quiet about said massive donation.

Fraud is the only thing I think they could be quite close to the line on - and that's because they obtained money by deception when they asked for help covering their medical bills before changing their tune and continuing to ask for money once their insurance confirmed they were covered.

Could the women they named and shamed contact the police for threatening behaviour and intimatation?

I'm sure a pp has scream shots that would back that up?

The fake donation is horrendous and an attempt at deception clearly. I'm surprised that they have not deleted fb post yet. It was all doddy from the start, I can't believe people could see how horrid TD treated other people and still give him money and supported him. Just yuk on so many levels.

Let's face it, if their was going to be a large donation lee would have been shouting it from the rooftops. Contacting tv/newspapers, we'd have seen his gurning perma tanned face and oiled muscles staring out at us from all media outlets.....whilst clutching a large comedy cheque and talking in words of one syllable.

Not one person has defended them. The people who posted months ago must be getting notifications.

Richard is not deleting negative posts nor are any of their friends defending them. They want it to go away.

If everybody who donated asked for their money back they would have no choice but to return it. People need to post on the dax Facebook page Asap because I think they're going to pull it anytime now.

SoupDragon - I did a donation earlier today, just for that reason. It would have been very easy for them to leave the amount donated whilst cropping the payment details. I also got an instant Thank You email from RMD. I processed the donation via my phone, so they can't use 'choice of device/platform' as an excuse as to why they might have gotten a different confirmation page ie one that didn't state the amount
