At a soft play, 90% sure there's aan taking photos of random children. Seem him sat on his phone with camera on. Told the managers don't seem to be doing much .
Not sure if he got a shot of my dd who ran infront of him. He's acting very shifty.
What do I do?
He's here with his son...

Get a grip - very helpful in these dangerous situations

TheReluctantCountess · 31/12/2014 12:31

You could either raise it again with the staff or ask him outright.

What does get a grip mean? Approach random man with my dd as I'm on my own?

OP posts:
MrsTawdry · 31/12/2014 12:32

I would approach him...just say "Are you an official photographer?" see what he says.

If you don'r want to do that, ask management and insist he is removed.

TurnOverTheTv · 31/12/2014 12:32

Isn't he just taking pictures of his son?

TheReluctantCountess · 31/12/2014 12:32

Are there lots of people there?

Kab13 · 31/12/2014 12:32

He has a son here.
He put his phone down when the manager walked behind him but when I walked behind him I could see he was sat there with his phone on camera.

Man taking photos of own child in public space? That does indeed sound shocking.

26Point2Miles · 31/12/2014 12:33

Op he could just be a parent... Like you!

jollygoose · 31/12/2014 12:33

whats an aan?

WowserBowser · 31/12/2014 12:33

He's there with his son. Call 111 FFS.

Are you not just over reacting? How do you know it is his camera?

Insist he is removed? For what exactly?

wantsaneasylife · 31/12/2014 12:33

I would suggest you call the police. And possibly your local MP. We can't possibly allow a man to be with his own child at a soft play place, taking photos. Honestly, OP, get a bloody grip.

Kab13 · 31/12/2014 12:33

His son was nowhere near him. He was in the soft play he's sat in the cafe with his phone on camera and now I've noticed it he looks at each child that goes past, not that that's that unusual but he seems odd

And it's not illegal to take pictures anyway.

26Point2Miles · 31/12/2014 12:34

Stop spying on men and watch and supervise your kid!!

sarkymare · 31/12/2014 12:34

Are you sure he's taking photos of random children and not of his son? He might not be taking photos at all. He could be playing a game. It often looks like I'm taking photos when playing a particular game on my phone.

Kab13 · 31/12/2014 12:34

Man.*
I saw his bloody camera. He's hiding it up quiet obviously, I walked behind him to check

weeblueberry · 31/12/2014 12:35

Christ on a stick....his son is there and he's looking at his phone AND other children??

Call the flipping papers...Hmm

WowserBowser · 31/12/2014 12:35

What would you do if it was a woman?

Kab13 · 31/12/2014 12:36

I didn't ask for personal attacks.
I'm sat with my dd, she's eating lunch.
I'll leave it but the managers made it clear they thought he was odd and another lady mentioned it to them. It's not just me

OP posts:
TurnOverTheTv · 31/12/2014 12:36

Maybe he was taking a selfie Grin
