Since they don't seem to have videoed every last nano second of the labour I am sure there are plenty of occasions where he has got her a drink, held her hand and all the other things that show support and give help to your labouring wife.

"...we give birth" - there are other countries than ours and being on your knees giving birth isn't everyone's choice or right for everyone.

Nicknacky · 28/10/2014 14:38

I would far rather my husband was acting like this (with my approval) than playing games on his phone and being uninterested.

sourdrawers · 28/10/2014 15:39

'Poor' because she's married that pillock.

Annahmolly · 28/10/2014 17:58

Yeah. I feel sorry for her for other reasons too. He once said on the radio that he doesn't really enjoy monogamy and prefers sleeping around, but he doesn't want to "break his wife's heart" and that's the only reason he doesn't cheat. I'm sure there are plenty of people in the world who feel that way, but it's pretty bad taste to go public with it in my opinion.

Then there's that comment he made on a talkshow about watching the "business end" of his wife when she was giving birth to their first baby, and likening it to watching his favourite pub burn down. Again, pretty tasteless to liken his wife's genitals to a destroyed building. On national TV.

But then, she chose to marry the guy. She must have known what she was getting herself into.

MiddletonPink · 28/10/2014 18:46

Blimey I hate him even more than this morning now Anna!

carlsonrichards · 28/10/2014 20:52

Oh, boohoo. I feel sorry for Yazidi women kidnapped by ISIS, bereaved families, children growing up in poverty, people forced into slavery, not some trout pout 'actress' who chose to marry an attention-seeking 'Look at me, I'm a father! I procreated! I love' over-blown celeb like Robbie Williams.

Whole thing was a steaming pile of wank. You procreated. So fucking what? What next, a blow-by-blow video tweet about his colonscopy?

NoMarymary · 28/10/2014 20:53

Pmsl! That poor woman!

TeamScotland · 28/10/2014 23:13

I imagine his "poor" wife consented to the clips being uploaded.

Robbie, being Robbie, was obviously happy and excited.

All the best to them and their new addition to the family.

I'll go off and count all the fucks I could give.

Orangemax00 · 29/10/2014 10:46

She's got to be used to him by now!

Annahmolly · 29/10/2014 10:49

carlsonrichards what on earth are you doing spending time on something so trivial as a web forum when you clearly ONLY care about REALLY IMPORTANT THINGS? Go save the world! Quick! ;)

angelos02 · 29/10/2014 10:50

I feel really sorry for a woman that is married to someone that clearly adores her and is worth over £200 million!

aphrodites · 29/10/2014 14:00

Vulgar and bile inducing, quite like the man himself. I did firstly feel sorry for her but then, she did marry him, It's hard to feel pity for something self inflicted.

farewellfigure · 29/10/2014 15:20

I don't see what the fuss is all about. They obviously adore each other and make each other laugh. I say good for them.

Plus, why does giving birth have to be 'private'? My family were all waiting waiting waiting for news, and after the birth it was like a four ring circus with people phoning, popping round, bringing gifts. I felt like we were the centre of attention and loved every minute. Robbie's family happen to have a wider circle of interest. He was posting the videos for his fans...people that were actually interested. Don't watch if you're not a fan. Or if you can't help but see it on the news, just let it wash over you. No one got hurt.

My DH and I had quite a laugh in the early stages of labour. I can honestly say I enjoyed it (up until the bit where it went tits up and all hell broke loose). I wouldn't have minded sharing the fun bits with people. I certainly never felt as though it was private and secret. I think that's a bit weird. It was a happy joyous occasion that people wanted to know about.

Meh.

chockbic · 29/10/2014 15:21

I feel sorry for her being hitched to that egotistical monster.

Whattheduck · 29/10/2014 15:43

He's an arse

Sallystyle · 29/10/2014 15:45

I love looking at Robbie.

Just don't like hearing him.

I see no problem with this, not my SOH but whatever makes them happy.

Sallystyle · 29/10/2014 15:47

Chock, I am sure she knew he was egotistical when she married him.

Why feel sorry for someone who chose to marry him? I assume she married him because she loves him and she seems to share his SOH.

I can't see why anyone could feel sorry for her.

letsgotothebeach · 29/10/2014 15:48

As said before, I dont think she needs anyones pity - she chose to marry and have a family with him. I imagine that they are very well suited to each other, happy, in love and share a daft sense of humour and lots of laughter together. I found it amusing, but have always had a soft spot for Robbie Willliams and imagine that he is a very loving and kind husband. Well, in my dreams he was anyway!

Corestrategy · 29/10/2014 16:20

Not my cup of tea but each to their own. Good publicity stunt eh? Seems to have done a good job of getting him back on the front page. Well done to them.

AgaPanthers · 29/10/2014 16:21

Oh come on, his job is to seek publicity, if someone offered you £100,000 or whatever this is worth in free publicity to be filmed in labour would you tell them to fuck off?

purplefeathers · 29/10/2014 16:52

Imagine the pasting he'd get if he were one of the expectant dads on obem Grin

I wouldn't have put up with it but they clearly share the same sense of humour. Its great for him that he married someone who's happy to indulge his narcissism.

ssd · 29/10/2014 21:44

has Ayda got fake boobs and fake lips?

magicpixie · 29/10/2014 22:22

even though shes not bothered, maybe because she is American and they do the whole birth thing very differently to us from what i've seen and read in terms of having lots of people there and its more of a public thing
fair enough

I can't helping thinking if these videos actually went out live, what if something went horribly wrong

and I wonder if gary and dawn barlow are ok
thinking of them

Robbie Williams has just proven himself to be the self obsessed prat he is
then again, he doesn't really try to say he is anything other than a pratt really does he

magicpixie · 29/10/2014 22:23

what actually made me laugh was he was even miming then!

what a tool
