Mum changing shitty nappy in ladies

I just went to the loo in a restaurant to find a mum had just changed her DC. The used nappy was on the floor with poo visible. She did get rid of the nappy (in the sanitary bin) but not the smell.

The smell made me retch and feel sick. AIBU to think she should have used the baby changing room next door?

And plenty of others in daily life. They're not a rarity in the age group. It's just that they have grown up with practising their sexuality being a criminal offence.

I get a bit dubious about statistics too, Pistol. I mean, it is often said that most MNetters are educated and quite clever, but there seems to be some bloody stupid ones about!

PistolWhipped · 21/09/2014 18:47

..and there are a fair percentage of MN-ers, Fairy, who are too thick to know when they're having their chain yanked.

MyFairyKing · 21/09/2014 18:53

Pistol If you are being genuine, not sure if you are....according to the 2011 census; "There are 9.4 million disabled people in England, accounting for 18 per cent of the population". Later statistics indicate 11.6 million but this includes 0.8 million children.

See my last post.

I often send my meals back if they are served on blue plates, because I don't fucking like blue plates and the blue stops me eating off them
As you have every right to do, NeedaSock
You would only be unreasonable if you expected everyone else to do likewise.

MyFairyKing · 21/09/2014 19:54

Pistol So, I'm thick because I can't read your mind?! Confused

hazeyjane · 21/09/2014 20:05

It is of course hilarious to yank peoples chains and wind people up over something as important as people making disabilist comments.

NeedsAsockamnesty · 21/09/2014 21:09

been on mumsnet for about 10 years (different username, emails, countries, servers etc) and this word has only become the latest new fad for about 2 years max

It was used in the heading of a mencap report in about 2006/7

ShadowStar · 21/09/2014 23:51

OP said a while ago that she was going to hide the thread.

Icimoi · 22/09/2014 00:51
