Really sorry but put here for traffic.

I put it in mental health a couple of hours ago but noone responded.

I was going to kill myself , but just as I was about to take tablets, my partner walked in.

DP knows I'm having a hard time, but not this hard.

We spoke for abit, and cried together. DP now asleep and need to talk

Awake and thinking......

Hate dark long nights........

What's on your mind? Clocks always seem to run slower at night .... But long dark nights contrast so beautifully with crisp autumn days, cold air, blue skies, flame colored leaves.... Love autumn, what's your favorite season?

PepsiTwirl · 31/08/2014 03:23

What u described sounds perfect, of only the mind was clear to go with it

How can you take your mind off things just to give yourself a break for a bit? Have you got a favorite movie or a book? I'm a sucker for wedding movies (my best friends wedding, wedding crashers, the wedding date etc) I practically know the scripts backwards and they're 100% cheese but they're familiar like old slippers.

PepsiTwirl · 31/08/2014 03:33

To tired to do either.... Sitting in front room..
Neighbours having a very loud party...

They are playing some good songs tho Shock

Hi Pepsi............sounds as though you have had little sleep, hope that's where you are now. What time did the neighbours pack up? Maybe that was a blessing, better than total silence when you are alone with your thoughts .What type of music were they playing that you liked? I am a 60/70`s fan...............esp the Beatles which makes my teenagers cringe! My pen friend in California went to see them in San Francisco in 1966, and two weeks ago she was there again to see a concert by Paul McCartney and she sent me the programme!! Its lovely here today and I have set myself the most boring task, to paint our garden trellis! Do you have a garden you can sit out in?

I'm so glad you're feeling a bit better Pepsi.

I'll sign up for the northern lights! Although I'm a real wimp in the cold so you won't see me for coats and snoods possibly a balaclava.

mamasilla · 02/09/2014 20:14

Hey pepsi, have a look at this: www.theaurorazone.com/about-the-aurora

Itsfab · 02/09/2014 20:37

I have only just seen this thread and I am glad to see you are still with us, Pepsi!

Something you said struck home with me about why did you go back. IME/O I think it is to almost neutralise the situation. This time it won't happen because it didn't happen before you are maybe hoping. I have kind of mixed up my thoughts as the our situations aren't quite the same but there might be something useful there.

Take care.

Hi Pepsi, I am just in from visiting a very dear friend who has dementia. We sat and chatted for almost three hours, she looked good and didnt get confused at all. When I got up to leave she put her shoes and coat on and got her bag. I asked her where she was going, she didnt need to walk me home etc. She said she was going home! I said "you are here, you are going no where only to bed". She looked at me in utter surprise and said, "this is my home, I live here? I thought it looked familiar":o So sad but so funny...........bless her. Hope you had a good day Pepsi, you must be so tired in the evenings. XX

PepsiTwirl · 03/09/2014 06:50

Thank you everyone...

Triplets... That's so sad, bless her...
Hope she's happy where she is x

Hi Pepsi I expect you are in bed, hope today was a good day? My friend lives by herself in a flat just around the corner from me. I worry how she is going to get through the winter. She has care workers in 7 mornings a week, but she gets very lonely in the evenings, it is so sad. I have had a very frustrating day with school, too long a story but I have been sooo Angry!! Night night x

Pepsi I agree with the other posters, talk to your partner about how you are feeling. Or you can present at A and E. They will just keep you safe and monitor you for now.
Following that please go to your GP. Have you felt this way before?
