I nearly killed myself today

Really sorry but put here for traffic.

I put it in mental health a couple of hours ago but noone responded.

I was going to kill myself , but just as I was about to take tablets, my partner walked in.

DP knows I'm having a hard time, but not this hard.

We spoke for abit, and cried together. DP now asleep and need to talk

(I added a symbol to a random thread to make sure name change had worked)

Morning Pepsi, yes I am ok thank you. As usual a row can spark over the silliest of things. Dh is very anti the ice bucket challenge. One of my boys was nominated and his Dad said he couldnt do it, so he did when his Dad was out and we didnt tell him. Last night my daughter say her friend is coming here today and is going to do her ice challenge here, no way says her Dad. So dd gets in a huff, then says well James did it and that started it! Didn`t help when I said I too had been nominated :o Is it sunny in London, its lovely here makes me want to be up and out! Do you have any plans for the w/end, you deserve a treat before you go back to work. So hope you are feeling stronger and more positive Pepsi, lol xx

Well maybe it was needed Pepsi! It is good and healthy I believe to sometimes let I all out, I know I have in the past. I have a shocking temper if I`m pushed and I certainly tell dh how I feel in no uncertain terms! I will be honest and say that sometimes I have gone over the top but I will always apologize if I do. Its far better than bottling it all up, because it just lies there brewing!! Do something nice together this weekend, I would like to go to Covent Garden to see the little production of Alice through the looking glass. I love the Mad Hatter!! xx

Hmmm my dh drinks every night, from 5.30pm its g&ts at least three, plus a couple of glasses of wine or a beer. Consequently by 8pm he is grumpy and tired. Everyone has their own way of trying to cope, mine is chocolate covered nuts...........preferably hazel nuts.........ahhhh :)

I hope it goes well Pepsi, I saw my GP after nearly harming my baby, I kept it inside for so long scared that my baby woukd be taken, but he was great, prescribed some AD that were right for me and felt so much better. It transpired dd has ASD and dev delay, she is 7.5 now and doing so well. But as a baby used to cry and howl from 9am-9pm every night it was relentless, as it her babies were not like that. Now things are looking so much better and those were dark days when dd was a baby

Hope you've been ok today Pepsi. I think we are meant to be getting a bit of warmer weather at some point in the next few days, but I'm sure there is plenty of rain and cold ahead!

Where did you go ? It rained here and none was forecast!! If you like the cold why not think about booking a mini holiday with your dp, my friend went to Iceland last December, saw the Northern Lights, reindeer ride and thermal hot springs..............wow!! I would love to do something like that. She went for 4 nights, said it was the best mini break she had ever had :)
