To block this car in...

I'm at my mum's. she lives on a a fairly narrow hill, you can park on the road but it's best if you park half on the pavement. I'm going camping for the weekend with friends who are coming to pick me up in an hour. I've just popped to the shops for supplies of crisps and wine and some cheeky bugger has parked on my mum's drive.

I've text all my family and no one has any knowledge of this car. Would I be a total arse to just reverse onto the drive right upto their bumper and leave my car there for the weekend? I really don't want to leave my car half on the pavement for a whole weekend. A few of the NDNs have double buggies and there won't be enough room for them to pass. I also don't want to leave my shiny lovely car under the tree on the road cos it will be covered in bird poo and tree sap when I get back.

Mum is also away this weekend too so I can't even leave the keys. Grrrrrr.

Something must have happened to the alien car owner. There is no explanation good enough for this one.

LotsaTuddles · 15/08/2014 20:23

Marking.

I'm obviously not mauling a place

flanjabelle · 15/08/2014 20:53

In all seriousness I would be speaking to the police and saying a car had been dumped on my drive. I'm sure they would want to check it out. Especially a fancy car!

Blueandwhitelover · 15/08/2014 20:54

can't believe there wasn't an update

HouseofEliot · 15/08/2014 20:58

The garage lost my friends car. Her stepdad took it in for her. Her address is 16 X Street his address is 120 Y Street. They returned her car to 16 Y Street and put the keys through the letterbox. She had to wait as they were away for the weekend.
