Apologies for lack of knowledge. If the European vote is a proportionately representative one (is it?), does this mean that there is no need to vote tactically?

Labour are my usual but they've been next to useless so didn't vote for them

Green are my go to when labour aren't worth it. So green got my vote they talk a lot of sense and could make a positive difference
