Fat Rascal is a euphemism or one of your children?

Bonzodoodah · 02/02/2014 22:01

And Rose I think you ruined their honeymoon ... he wasn't bald when he left ... he just needed to dab that shampoo on everyday....

SarahAndFuck · 02/02/2014 22:15

A Fat Rascal is a kind of fruity scone or cake with a face made from the fruit Grin

You know that you could be in some trouble? best you get in touch and make sure the parcel gets back to your neighbours ASAP.

We had to use this law for a chap on ebay who was taking parcels!

Under Section 1 of RIPA, it is an offence to carry out intentional interception without lawful authority of any communication in the course of its transmission through any postal service.

Abit harsh posters!!
Op said she didn't want to leave parcel in hall encase someone unsavoury took it
She kindly has been looking after it
She has been knocking lots and lots with no response
Bearing in mind that she has now had the parcel for a month

ViviPru · 02/02/2014 22:36

I was holding it together until

she has the most amazing thick black swishy chest length hair and he is as bald as coot?

Hilarious thread. After a downright horrendous week I'm now well and truly cheered and feel I can face Monday more easily. Thanks (for the millionth time) MN, I knew I could count on you Thanks

And I LOVE the knock Knock jokes! Class!

UriGeller · 03/02/2014 09:41

Maybe opening other people's parcels might be the new 'reading other people's shopping lists'.

Legal definition of theft (from government website):
A person is guilty of theft if he dishonestly appropriates property belonging to another with the intention of permanently depriving the other of it
I don't think OP can be accused of doing this dishonestly, and is clearly not intending to permanently depriving the owner, so those saying "you took it, so you are a thief" are being simplistic. If I take someone's wallet found on the street and I am walking to the police station to hand it in, obviously I took it, but I am not a thief.
